How the Take2 Option Works
When you purchase the Take2 option, you are paying for a retake of the exam in case you fail the first time. We collect funds from all students who purchase the Take2 option as a collective pool, which is paid in full to Axelos and CompTIA, the certification companies. So when someone fails their exam, their retake is paid out of that pool.
No Refunds for Passing the Exam
It's important to note that since the fee for the retake has already been paid for, there will be no refunds even if you pass the exam on the first try. The Take2 option is designed to provide peace of mind and ensure that you have a backup plan in case you don't pass on your first attempt.
